JOEL SAMPSON ARCHITECT, INC. is a full service architectural firm providing design through construction administration services to clients in the North Florida area and beyond.  The owner, Joel Sampson, has been a licensed architect for over 25 years and has practiced as a principal since 1993 from his office in downtown Quincy, Florida.  Sampson has been licensed to practice architecture in Florida and been a member of the NCARB, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, since 1990.  The firm incorporated in 2003. 

 

   The firm specializes in commercial and residential architecture with an emphasis on  renovation, rehabilitation and adaptive re-use with many projects in North Florida.  Sampson’s work has most often included rehabilitating or recycling existing structures and converting them over to a more useful and aesthetic existence.  Sampson’s experience includes state and federally funded public projects with clients and funding sources such as, Florida Dept. of State, Historic Preservation, Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, United States Dept. of Agriculture, Gadsden County Florida, City of Quincy Florida, and Florida Dept. of Transportation, as well as various and diverse private projects. 

     

   The firm is currently providing architectural services on commercial projects, public, and residential projects.
